I don't need to say it, leafs need to win.
Penguins have beaten the Leafs 3 times this season, in all meetings and have scored 18 goals vs. Leafs' 8 - 14 of those 18 were powerplay goals. Note to leafs:
STAY OUT OF THE BOX.
Pohl is being touted as the great drawer of penalties, so get him out on the ice.
4's a charm - this one needs to be a two pointer and we slide well ahead of the losing Islanders and the deflating 'Canes, and maybe even the Habs, who also lost last night.

I could put a German Shepard on skates and he would be hotter than Dunham . I don't even want to see him on the bench anymore, much less on the ice.

yeah I'd be mad at him too. disappointed, more like.
make him sit in the change room. watch the game on tv.
the islanders/leafs game could be a rough one. imagine how amazing it would be if peca got back for that.

2-1 for the Leafs going into the 2nd, and Penguins will come in on a power play (the third one - i thought i told you guys to stay out of the box).
Leafs besides that are none too shabby so far.
I hear montreal's tied with buffalo. Crap.

We win in OT. man. We had the game at 4-1, then penguins bring it to a tie - with 4 seconds to go in the third!!
Fleury was much better in net after Thibault was pulled, but really the team was not playing well. Jostling the goalies like that shook the team up and they had a good third period vs. not bad leafs.
But what a game winner from kaberle, his second goal of the game. if we hadn't won that, i would have been hugely in the dumps. True, the islanders lost but the Habs ended up beating the Sabres (if i wasn't so bugged that they won, I'd think, good on you, Montreal, for beating the pants off the best team around). So we're still in 9th but closing in.
4 games left. our last game of the season is vs Montreal. if islanders start to tank, and Carolina continues their freefall, will that game be THE game to win?
