what a difference a day makes....

or night.
We won. Say it, and it sounds like Frank Sinatra at his finest, it looks like light shining off a big diamond ring, it tastes like the yummiest pasta with the most luscious glass of red wine, it smells like Victory.
One note: Allison is thoroughly underrated. Yeah, he's a bit expensive, but he's the second highest scorer on the team, he is always the man at the net, securing the goal, getting the puck to someone who can score or just flipping it in himself. Don Cherry calls him a horse. This was his best game. here's to Telqvist, too.
Tampa Bay looked beleagured. Tortorella looked pissed off.
And suddenly, it seems like maybe it can happen - we could maybe, if the Islanders keep losing, if Atlanta suddenly decides to tank, if Tampa bay continues their spiral - we could squeak in.
yes the sun did come out this morning. metaphorically, because it's raining.

Now see there...you got to believe, that's all I've been saying...save the negativity for Pundits Islanders ...let that metaphorical sun...shine
