Leafs offence is working. sundin is happy happy. He says maurice has turned the team into one that plays a fast competitive game, this is what the Leafs needed to become. He gets more ice time now than he did with Quinn, and wellwood is working out more than beautifully on his line. Sundin most pleased.
Tellqvist got sent down over the weekend to the Marlies. His first game, they lost in OT. It's not so much a demotion as it says it is a "conditioning stint".

The problem is ? They have no one that can play with Sundin , Also beside him ? There no one else that can score , It just a matter of time before Darcy will be sideline

Not after last night. Tucker got two goals and hit like a crazy man - he was ON.
Wellwood is amazing with Sundin, i think that line is working.
Lots of goals last night.
5-4 rangers win it in a shootout - Tucker would have been the big hero with a winning goal in the shootout but it was not to be. Shanahan was the winning goal-getter here.
Both goalies let a bunch in, both teams lacked good defence at key moments (Kaberle needs to push more in front of the net, don't let big guns get in and dance around with the puck).

Don't get me wrong here , I like a guy like Tucker but his only fault is his size and once the other teams see that Tucker is the man they need to focus on ? I can see him on the sideline , I hope this isn't the case and he has a good year but time will tell

yes i do and that why I like the guy but once he starts to make a inpact ? thats when the other big guys teams will crush him
