The panthers have landed in TO

Florida's here tonight and the Toronto Star headline read:
bertuzzi, panthers in town...
and i think, what about belfour? That's the news here. Not Bertuzzi. then inside, headlines say:
The eagle has landed, but that he is battling for number one spot with Alex Auld. Which just must get his number 20 steamed, man. he had a crappy game vs. Atlanta, 4 goals in nine shots and he was pulled in the second period.
Fellow player and also former Leaf joe Nieuwendyk is saying belfour will hit his stride soon.
yeah hope so. take your time, old man.
I would love it if belfour plays tonight but i bet it'll be Auld.
injury note; Wozniewski joins our long list of injured defenceman (Colaiacovo, bell, Kronwall) with a shoulder injury.
Happy Canadian Thanksgiving.

Re: The panthers have landed in TO

That was a great game. We had 16 shots to their 8 by the end of the first, but it seemed worse, like we had so many more chances. auld was stopping everything. raycroft was bored.
belfour looked comfy on the bench.
We're down two men in the first part of the third and they score to make it one nothing. seems we can't get a goal to save Sundin's life. then wellwood, on the 42nd Leaf shot of the night, skates in and drives one right above Auld's shoulder and in.
Goes to OT, goes to shootout.
Sundin gets one in.
raycroft actually really stops one-bertuzzi's-instead of having it just ring off the crossbar or be fuddled up by the player and then guess who wins the game for us?
my man Tucker.
48 shots to 25.
bad note: kubina was injured, knee on knee with mr. bertuzzi.
