After 35 minutes on the ice, Carlo Calaiacovo had to leave the ice, with some help. he was hit last year in a collison with varada and he smacked into the penalty box door and he's been suffering ever since from a bad concussion. Of course, leafs aren't saying it's the concussion - that it was a hard practice, that he's been fine all summer, but come on.
Sundin is single and has been for a year or so. he sold his house during the summer, which sparked rumours of "Is he leaving?". Once again, the media pepper him with questions about whether he is loyal to the Leafs and he insists he wants to be blue and white forever.
Maurice's practice is alot harder and faster and constant than Quinn's. They - the players - say they used to stand around more for Quinn's, but Maurice makes them GO GO GO.
Hope so. We've got to do something different this time around.
Raycroft also revealed his game mask, with images of ten different star Leafs from the past- palmateer, Sittler, mahovlich, tim horton, barilko, Clark, Gilmour, Potvin, Armstrong and Johnny Bower.

See...I lost you at Sundin single again...I tought you would expand on that...given your fondness for quiet Swedes that say the obvious...any plans for an eye catching sign next time you go to a game?

Although, if his girlfriend walked out on him - there's got to be something that's just not right. Better he fulfill that role in my life as Team Leader.

Look, obviously she did not understand him...He is Mr. Toronto...he belongs to all...and she was being possesive...I think she said, "If you really love me, you'd give up this silly game before losing all your teeth"...obviously not a match...

My hairdresser apparently knows a guy that caters for the Leafs when they have their personal parties or what not.
Heard that Sundins long term gf went away and came back early to find him sticking it from behind to another woman (so the story goes). She then packed up and headed back to Sweden and around the same time Sundin's house went up for sale.

Nice. Ah well, what with the adorable Lindros gone the number of eligable leafs are dwindling. Don't know if he's techincally "eligable", but Jeff O'Neill is probably the resident hottie for me.

I'm happy to see O'neill doing well. There was the chance he'd be dumped if he didn't show up at the beginning of the year, but Maurice seems pleased with him and Stajan together.

I missed the game tonight, I was working, but the guys had the radios all going. 4-0 Leafs vs. Sabres??? How is Colaiacovo? Last I heard he'd broken his finger........

4-1, yeah and O'Neill looked great. Steen got a puck in the face in the first period and he came out later looking really rough but he played well.
Colaiacovo has had a real tough time this year, trying to come back, with big and small injuries. real bad luck.

Alex Steen became a dad on tuesday night. His fiancé gave birth to a 8 lb 1 oz baby boy. There was no name given.
