my husband's been writing down the games on our calendar so we know when the leafs play where and on what channel. 13 games are on leafs TV which is digital which we don't get - pisser - and one of those is vs Minnesota on December 26. That is one of my favourite times to sit back and watch the game. Post Christmas family crap and Christmas blues set in, what better to make you feel good all over than watching the leafs on tv? yet not to be - although this may mean an extended family visit somewhere where there is digital tv.
We open on October 4 vs the Senators, we close on April 7 vs. the Habs. We play the Sens 8 times, the Sabres 8 times, the Habs 7 times. We play Florida on October 9 so we see Eddie the Eagle fairly soon into the season.
There is a 5 game away streak in Jan/Feb, and we have no such consecutive streak at home.
rare games? Colorado comes on Oct 18, we're in Columbus on Oct 20, Chicago on December 22 and Nashville on feb 8.
