The same thing happened to Phillip Hughes on the Yankees except Hughes was really hurt. Marcum only had a cramp. He needs to drink more water

What's with pitchers and proper hydration?...Carlos Zambrano had a problem the other day as well...anyone heard of Gatorade?

Surprising. I'd imagine they're drinking in-between innings. Is this stuff happening during long, high pitch count innings?
