Its a longshot, but if the Red Sox go on a losing slump, and the Jays continue this winning trend, we can maybe....just maybe take the division. Recently, the Jays have been playing some pretty damn good baseball...and I think if they win 8 of their next 10 games, we will be in pretty good shape to take the division title, or the wildcard at the very least....your thoughts...

Sorry, Oggie...The Jays have no chance of catching the Red Sox, but....why not the wild card? They have the talent.

The Jays have no chance of catching the Sox...sorry. I also don't see them getting the wild card. That is going to the loser of the Tigers/Indians.

They would have to be the front runner for the division next season though. They have great young pitchers and a solid offense.

The Yanks, Rays, and O's are far out of the division race and are not to be worried about. The Jays have a very slim chance, unfortunately, of catching up with the BoSox. But if the Red Sox go into a horrible "after-the-All-Star-break-slide" like last year, and Toronto plays as well as the possibly can.... then there's a chance.
