| Toronto snaps losing streak The Toronto Blue Jays snapped a five-game losing streak with a 7-3 win over the Boston Red Sox yesterday. Frank Thomas hit his 490th homer in the game, and Aaron Hill had four hits, including a two-run homer in the ninth inning off of Boston reliever Mike Timlin. Toronto is now one game out of .500 and 3.5 behind the Sox in the AL East. Think they can pick up any more ground on Boston?
