TORONTO — As Aaron Hill struggled earlier this season, he was determined not to let it get the better of him, not to let it take over his mind.
He felt that he was doing things basically right, the results were just not there. It's part of baseball. Sometimes you hit the ball hard and it finds a glove instead of biting the turf for a hit. In some cases, it seems to happen for a long time.
Things have changed for Hill over the months and in two of the three games of the Toronto Blue Jays' three-game sweep of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays this past weekend, he even stepped out of character by hitting game-winning home runs.
His low two-run shot to left field against Shawn Camp with two out in Sunday's eighth inning gave the Blue Jays a 5-3 victory before an announced Rogers Centre attendance of 32,959.
The Blue Jays' fourth victory in a row put them at 79-70, with the New York Yankees coming in next as they try to clinch the American League East.

So the Yankees are coming up next, eh? Can Toronto possibly keep up their winning streak vs. the mighty Bronx Bombers?
