| Roy Halladay Trade Watch Roy Halladay is arguably the hottest player on the market with the trade deadline creeping up. Conversations between GMs are around the clock in Toronto. Some notable teams include the Phillies and Rays.  The Blue Jays recently rejected a trade from the Phillies. They stated that they wanted both of the Phillies top pitching prospects, not just one of them. So basically the offer is on the table for the Phillies if they want to pull the trigger.
