Jean-Jacques Taylor of the Dallas Morning News sees Torii Hunter playing center field for the Texas Rangers next season. Hunter lives in Prosper, Texas and he loves manager Ron Washington.

If I were the Rangers, I would avoid investing big bucks in offensive players. They should use that money for pitching. Anybody disagree and think the Rangers should go after Hunter?

I agree with you completely. They've tried spending the big bucks on position players before (A-Rod), and look where THAT got them!

Pitching, pitching and more pitching - that should be the priority for the Rangers right now.

Not specifically, but they say most players have been on waivers at least once during their careers, so I'd guess he probably has.
