"With five either new or unproven starters, you just don't know what you are going to get," the Sports Network MLB analyst writes. "That being said, they will have the benefit of pitching alongside arguably the most powerful offense in the league. A playoff spot is very possible for this club if the pitching solidifies."
Anyone whose watched the Rangers at all this spring can tell you that the pitching is and is going to continue to be lousy. Millwood will struggle in his new home confines, and the offense will continually get outscored again in 2006. If they finish .500, I'll be surprised. |
