Gagne earns first AL save

Eric Gagne was back on the hill yesterday and looked like his old self, tossing a scoreless ninth inning and fanning Ichiro to earn his first American League save in the Rangers 5-2 win over Seattle. It's his first save since last June. "I was trying to stop shaking. I was nervous out there," Gagne told reporters after the game. "It's been two frustrating years. Now, I'm back on track."

this will be good news for Ranger's fans if he is returning to his old self.

Yes.

Then, they can concentrate on upgrading their pitching staff.

Yep...time to activate him in the GTG league...though of late B.J. Ryan is killing me...
