| Jerry Hairston named in HGH investigation Jerry Hairston Jr. of the Texas Rangers has been connected to the ongoing human growth hormone investigation. According to the Dallas Morning News, "In a report on SI.com, it was alleged that Dr. A. Almarashi of Queens, N.Y., prescribed Genotropin (HGH) that was sent from Applied Pharmacy Services, a compound pharmacy raided in Mobile, Ala., last fall, to Hairston." He, of course, is denying the rumor. So, is Hairston guilty or not?

| Re: Jerry Hairston named in HGH investigation Well, no sense mincing words, I figure. The records seem to show that Hairson purchased the stuff. I don't believe that possession of HGH is illegal. He denies using it, and he can't be tested for it, so it's all pretty much speculation and personal opinion from this point on. |
