| Re: Texas alumni set swimming records According to this article, two former University of Texas swimmers set new world records yesterday at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships. Aaron Peirsol won the 200-meter backstroke in 1:54.44, breaking his own record, while Neil Walker was part of the team that set a new world mark of 3:12.46 in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay. Wow, sounds like the Longhorns must have some kind of swimming program to produce athletes like this, right?
