Okay, Texas football fans. Your team got their poor performance out of the way early. Colt McCoy threw a pair of touchdown passes in a 21-13 win over Arkansas State, but that victory has been called "shaky" by the Associated Press. Rest assured, coach Mack Brown will rally the troops and get them ready for TCU this week, and they should be able to come away with a victory over their in-state rivals. Er, right?

Man this will be a very good Texas struggled last week and i like TCU as a very good non-BCS school so i look for a good game

Tough win, but a good win, for the Longhorns here, 34-13 over TCU.

According to the Associated Press, "Colt McCoy passed for a touchdown, set up another with a long run, and a dominant performance by its defense carried No. 7 Texas... Brandon Foster returned a fumble by TCU punter Derek Walsh for a TD and the Longhorns (2-0) held the Horned Frogs (1-1) to 251 total yards. TCU had just 32 yards and no first downs in the third quarter when Texas started surging."
