College Basketball AP Top 25 Scores: #15 Texas Longhorns Beat ...
TransWorldNews (press release), GA - 5 hours ago
Kevin Durant scored 30 points and grabbed 16 rebounds while D.J. Augustin added 25 points and 7 assists as the #15 Texas Longhorns (22-7) outlasted the #6 Texas A&M Aggies (24-5) 98-96 in double-overtime. The win kept the Longhorns on track to share the Big 12 title if they can knock of #3 Kansas on Saturday.

The game was sent into extra time twice by A&M star Acie Law. With 1.1 seconds remaining in regulation the senior guard buried a three to send the game into overtime. Law repeated the feat in the extra period with another three-pointer with 26 seconds remaining to send the contest into a second overtime. Law even had a chance in the second overtime when he went to the line with 1.4 seconds left and his team down three. He made the first and intentionally missed the second and the Aggies got the rebound but the putback was off the mark.

Re: Longhorns Aggies 2OT thriller

Huge effort by Law in the loss. He's an incredible player. Great game on the whole. As Texas coach Rick Barnes told reporters after the game, "I'm not sure there's ever been a bigger basketball game for both teams... I've got respect for both teams they way they laid it out there tonight."
