| Texas A&M vs. Louisiana Monroe Texas A&M is 2-0. That's the good news. The bad news is that those wins were a sloppy 38-7 win over Montana State and a 47-45 3OT nailbiter over Fresno State. This week's game against UL-Monroe is of the utmost importance. It's the Aggies last chance to get everything running in sync before they travel to Miami on Sept. 20. A&M will win, but they can't JUST win - they need a big day offensively from QB Stephen McGee and RB Jorvorskie Lane. Will they get it?

| Re: Texas A&M vs. Louisiana Monroe Your right. Aggies will win. But by how much will be the question. I watched the game Saturday against Fresno and it was very very sloppy. We need to work on our D-Line more than anything. Our first real test will be Miami. I know it sounds lame, but I was playing NCAA Football 08 earlier and I was having a devil of a time beating that Miami defense. It seems like they like to blitz a lot. We need to work on our run game more than anything. Just hope we can pull the win off of Miami. |

| Re: Texas A&M vs. Louisiana Monroe 54-14 winds up being the final in this one. According to the Associated Press, "Stephen McGee threw for 237 yards and a touchdown and Jorvorskie Lane had two short scoring runs to help the No. 25 Aggies beat Louisiana-Monroe... A&M scored on nine of its 10 possessions and amassed 547 yards. The Aggies came into the game ranked 115th in passing offense, but McGee was rarely pressured and picked apart the Warhawks' 107th-ranked pass defense."
