Maria Sharapova Advances
BIRMINGHAM, England (Ticker) - Maria Sharapova apparently is focused and ready to reclaim her Wimbledon title. But the Russian superstar has not overlooked the current task at hand.
Playing in a grass tournament for the first time since losing in the Wimbledon semifinals last year, Sharapova advanced to the semifinals of the DFS Classic with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over No. 12 Mara Santangelo of Italy on Friday.

No sight of the troublesome injury she had during the French Open...is she the favorite going into Wimbledon?
