For some crazy reason, this story strikes a chord with me. Kudos to the kid. Not only is he a high school tennis star headed for Penn State (though it says he's not going to be playing tennis there), but he also covered the draft for a website this past weekend. Man, where were opportunities like that when I was in high school! Of course, the kid may have been the only guy in the country to have Mario Williams at #1 on his board. So maybe he doesn't know that much after all...

There wasn't a Net back then my man...we toiled with pen and paper...no outlet to the world...or I would have told the Packers that Mandrich was a bust...and the Bengals that Klinger was not the answer...
