| Re: Vols Offensive Line More Aggressive Coach Cutcliffe didn't like what he saw with the O line when he returned and has been slimming these guys down. Last year, the Vols up front averaged about 330 & nobodys even close to that now. Chris Scott lost 60 pounds in the offseason. One thing that stood out to me in this story was the comparison on rushing yards between 2004 & 2005. We all know that the Vols 2005 season was a disaster but I didn't realize the rushing yards were down 1,000 yards from 2004. Almost chopped in half. Quote:
So what's your opinion on these guys? Do the Vols break 2,000 yards rushing for the 2006 season?

| Re: Vols Offensive Line More Aggressive I think we’ll not have a senior back out there holding up all the talent. Arian will have a breakout year but 2000 yards maybe a stretch. I feel like if the Vols double a stat from last season it’ll be in passing yards. Knowing Sears and Ligon will be on the left makes me wonder though. Sears can play anywhere; wouldn’t you want him protecting your QB’s back side if you planned on throwing the ball? Ainge is a lefty. Hmmm.
