My brother from another mother, you are preaching to the choir! Phil is exactly the reason we do not get respect. As I have said, I respect Bama for taking the necessary steps to get a quality coach like Nick Saban. Les Miles is still reaping the benefits of Saban's recruiting at LSU.

My extended family roughly 300+ all live in Oakridge Tennessee and I am making inroads... I appreciate your enthusiasm. I have always loved Bear Bryant, the orator he was. He has been quoted for some of the funniest sayings ever! I actually met BB's right hand man, Ken Donahue, while I was at UT football camp about 24 years ago. Of course, stupid Majors ran the guy off after only 2 years......oh the days!

I will certainly cheer for Bama if they get a national title shot!

That is exactly what they did with Mike Shula. He was 26-23 at Bama and was give a pay raise and contract extension after 2005 before they fired him in 2006. But you have to give Bama credit... at least they got rid of their bum.
