Vols to interview Clemson Offensive Coordinator

KNOXVILLE (WVLT) - Clemson offensive coordinator Rob Spence will be in Knoxville Friday to interview for the Vols offensive coordinator opening.
Spence has been the Tigers offensive coordinator for 3 years. He is known for coming up with unique and different formations and plays. Spence has been with Clemson for 3 years after making the move from Toledo in 2005.
Clemson will hold its final practice for their Peach Bowl matchup with Auburn Friday morning.
He's expected to be on a flight to UT by a little after noon.
The Vols offensive coordinator job came open last week when David Cutcliffe announced that he was leaving Tennessee and taking over as the head coach at Duke.
