I hope that Fulmer will utilize is own theory when it comes to making coaching decisions...He stated that he likes his coaching staff to have a family like relationship and that he rarly likes to fire any of them, He stated he would rather they take it upon themselves to realize they need to improve on their weaknesses or take it upon themselves to realize they need to move on...

Well Phillip, It's time you have moved on! You took us to the Championship, and from that point your teams have played without disipline, your coaching style has regressed and you have managed to do less with more talent. Players have not progressed, in fact some players have become worse...i.e. Ainge, Toeanea, Munoz, Riggs, etc. Look at the NFL draft since you won the Championship Phil...whats missing...1st rounders from Tennessee! This is a direct result of what happend this off season as well...When the coaches become complacent and the disipline is laxed, you get 17 arrest, tons of stupid offensive penalties and an unacceptable season. Take your own advise Phil and retire, resign, or move on down the road...Thanks for 1998, however; your time has passed.

Whats all this BAMA STUFF. They are "still" trying to buy a NC. The problem is they still don't have the talent. They should have been on the Death Penalty for all the buying of players that they were doing. Needless to say while on probation to begin with.
