| Transfer receiver may get a look KNOXVILLE — Tennessee continues to look for newcomers to impact the offense as the meat of the SEC schedule looms. The coaching staff looked to junior college transfer Kenny O'Neal, a fast receiver with big-play po-tential, but O'Neal has been slow to earn the staff's full confidence in practice. That could be changing. ![]() "Kenny O'Neal had a really good week last week," Coach Phillip Fulmer said. "We're anxious to get him more involved. He's a guy who brings speed and dynamics to the team." Taking a look: The protective guard on the right (throwing) hand of quarterback Erik Ainge may come off this week. Ainge, who broke his right pinkie finger late in the offseason, does not wear the guard while playing. He does wrap his pinkie and ring finger together during games.
