KNOXVILLE — If Tennessee Coach Phillip Fulmer had his druthers, UT and Florida would not be playing Saturday.
Not that Fulmer is wary about his team's chances. He just thinks it would be a more marquee game later in the season when both teams have played more games.

"We used to talk about moving it to later in the year," Fulmer said Sunday. "I guess Florida was willing to look at moving it, and they didn't want to play Florida State (and Tennessee) back-to-back or something like that. And Florida State wouldn't move. So that's kind of been the hang up."
The SEC sets the schedule for league games. Since 1992, UT and Florida have played the third Saturday of September except for 2001 when the game was postponed to the end of the season following the 9/11 disaster.
