Brent Schaeffer
Schaeffer was the real hero against SC. Ainge might have got all the press because he threw 3 touchdowns, but it was Schaffer who got the Vols in position to score. I watched Ainge throw 3 passes on two consecutive possesions to SC defensive players. Fortunately, they dropped them all. One of the reasons they lost.
Why hasn't Schaeffer been playing more? Could have used him in the Alabama game when the offense was sputtering. Now he is out for the season.
