| Re: Tennessee #2 Seed in NCAA Tournament I think a GW-Tennessee game would hinge on the health of Pops Mensah-Bonsu. If he is healthy I think it is a good game. If he is not healthy I don't think they could hang with Tennessee. That said I am divided on how the selection committee should treat a team like GW that had an injury to its main player. Obviously GW is a totally different team with Mensah-Bonsu than without him. Even with him healthy though I would probably pick Tennessee. I think GW should have had a 4 seed, maybe a 5. |

| i too agree that tn shouldnt have been a number 2 seed. but hey, who cares. im happy for them. thats the highest seed that they have ever had. those boys have worked their tale off this year. they are obviously not going to win the entire dance, so the seeding doesnt really matter. like i said before, im just happy to see that they had a decent year and they helped to ease my pain from the football season.

| Re: Tennessee #2 Seed in NCAA Tournament I think that Tennessee probably should of been a #3 or #4 seed. But there is a lot of scrutiny surrounding the selection process this year. I think that the Vols have a legit shot at the elite eight. There is no reason that they cannot beat UNC if they come to play. Like always, their defense will be key. |

| Re: Tennessee #2 Seed in NCAA Tournament Funny - the Vols are pleasantly surprised about being a #2 seed, and the Lady Vols couldn't be more ticked off about it. Definitely agree with wvu author about the Tennessee men being more of a 3rd or 4th seed, while the ladies certainly deserved the #1 seed more than Duke and LSU! |
