Randy Sanders Here are the final NCAA statistics for Total Offense for the five years that Randy Sanders has been Offensive Coordinator at UT: 1999 - 33rd in the nation 2000 - 57th 2001 - 42nd 2002 - 85th 2003 - 67th It is apparent from these numbers that Randy Sanders has no business being Offensive Coordinator at the University of Tennessee. Any comments?

I am hearing you! I have been counting the days until they get rid of Randy. I love the Vols but watching them attempt to play offense is painful. Its unfortunate to see the coaching staff's confidence fade over the past few years. Did you see Fulmer and all his body language last year. I saw him fall to his knees when things got tough. When he began his tenure at UT, he was stoic, strong, focused, confident and low key. He did not seem to get rattled. Now he seems to be an emotional wreck. You can not be a great leader and promote confidence while performing an emotional breakdown on your knees at Neyland Stadium. Phil better get his stuff together or he can drive Randy to "their" interviews! While I am here: What the heck happened to our BOWL teams. We seem to get waxed every year around the holiday season .... seems we have a pride issue and I look directly at Fulmer to resolve that issue!

Secfever, I pretty much second everything you said. I don't know if CPF is just afraid to drop the hammer on coaches ro what. I definately agree that the longer the lackluster performance goes on, the more he puts his own job on the line. Rumors or not, there is a lot of talk about Spurrier looking for a place back in college football. We all know how rumors can quickly become reality. I know it is going to be a tough year this year, but I would love for the vols to get back to the team where every win counts no matter who it is against. I don't care how disappointed they might have been to be in lesser bowl games, the coaches have to have them ready to go and ready to win. I can take a hard fought loss, but I can't take a loss with no effort. Not taking anything away from the teams that beat us the past two years.
