Hey there. Curious. Doesn't it make more sense to fire Chavis? Fulmer's offensive line has been impeccable throughout the years and the offense has improved. We are losing the games because the defense is doing so poorly. I mean, 41 points to Alabama? Florida over 50? I think our poor tackling and now poor special teams and ALWAYS weak secondary has been a problem for years. Now, we are running the ball well, throwing the ball well and our line is giving plenty of time. Why Fulmer? I would say because he fired Sanders instead of Chavis.

i think you all are out of your mind if you think phillip is going anywhere.

Any true college fan knows how often the ropes change and nothing no matter how you may try is expected in college football.

Before you complain about one of the best coaches of our time realize just what your complaining about. Phillip has one of the best coaching records to be seen, and he has one 76 percent of his games.

Its a shame to see one bad season can completely make people forget about that record.

Think about it people.

with supperior talent at every position, fulmer finds ways to allow every opponent a chance to win in the end. instead of coaching to win he coaches to not lose. that is why he has a losing record to all the good coaches in the sec. when the wildcats of kentucky pull of a victory to beat the vols this year, will that be enough.

HEY dont say vols fans when you ask that question i dont want fulmer fired and never did i respect him and am thankful for the way no matter what the vols record is he always has this team ready to play every week.

you dont make any since do you think tennessee is the only team to have lost to an unranked team and dont forget it was a rivalry game so no matter how much better one is than the other because once you have two teams who know how to beat each other and want to bad its anybody's ball game.

Yep... 2-7 in bowl games the past 10 years. We were lucky to win the east this year. All 3 losses were blow-outs, and we came close to giving up big leads to SC and Kentucky.
