Bret Smith eligible for Outback Bowl

According to reports in the Tennessean, Vols senior WR Bret Smith's eligibility has been restored and he will play in Monday's Outback Bowl against Penn State. He practiced with the team on Wednesday. How much of an impact do you guys think this will have on the game?

I hope it will make a big impact because we will need everything we can get to win this game.
