Go Vols, UCLA beat us last year and it's time for revenge.

Re: UCLA at Tennessee

The Vols Need To Get A Quarterback That Can Throw Over The Line. Crompton Will Be Tested This Week And He Will Fall Apart Like He Did Last Year . I Had High Hopes Till I Saw He Was The Starter.

Re: UCLA at Tennessee

Ok, as Lee Corso from ESPN would say, "not so fast my friends". Vols have the revenge factor but do they have a decent team this year? Did they get that RB situation resolved? Vols don't have a QB? Neither do the Bruins from what I have observed so far.

I believe the young Bruins will be tested for sure and bring back 18 of 22 starters off a below average team last year which always means experience.

I expect a really good game and Looking forward to this one guys.

Re: UCLA at Tennessee

Vols have a great freshman rb now and Crompton will be tested, but I actually think he can pull it off and have a good game.

Re: UCLA at Tennessee

This game will reveal a lot about both teams. I think UCLA is going to be pretty good this year, not so sure about Tennessee. Home field is a big advantage, not sure if it will be enough though.

I Told You About Crompton... Put The Water Boy In I Don't Care Anybody But Crompton. Looks Like Another 5-7 Season If They Don't Find A Quarterback...

Re: UCLA at Tennessee

Huge win for the Bruins and a heartbreaker for Vols fans. I thought both teams had horrible QB play but what was expected from two young QBs. Crompton defintely look rattled out there. Basically, this game came down to defense. Moore had 3 interceptions for the Bruins and was the key in this game. UCLA QB Prince was bleeding like crazy from his mouth at the end of the game...I wonder if he has any teeth left? LOL

It was a great game like I anticipated.

i noticed that as well ..... i watched pretty much start to finish and thought if the Vols could get a little better on offense they would be a ranked team for sure

crompton is a senior, what a dope, he's to stupid to play quarterback, he looks right at his reciever before he throws the ball.

did you see the interview, crompton said well turn overs happen. he acted like he had nothing to do with the picks and the fumble. we just came up one yard short we were still in the game. if he does this against fla. tebow and company will only have to play the first half maybe the first quarter.

How about UCLA? After all, this was a road game in front of 100,000+ fans in front of an SEC crowd. Shouldn't UCLA be ranked?

your 100% right ..... seems their performance has been much over looked in all this ..... i really didnt expect much from them as it seems they have been down lately ...... but they really did impress me

and their QB seems tough as nails .... i thought he was about out of the game during one series .. he seemed to be favoring his left quad .. but he stayed in there .... heck even being popped in the mouth didnt seem to bother him much

i would say the Bruins are set at QB for a couple years to come anyway ..... i believe they said he is a freshman ?
