Well...now that the game is being televised out here in Colorado Springs, I plan to join all my Academy friends for a tailgate party just across the highway from the Academy. They won't have any problem picking out my Vols Orange in all that Blue!

I'm thinking around 7 choruses of "Rocky Top" versus 2 of "Wild Blue Yonder" for a 42-10 Vols victory!!

I know how ya feel..I did 20 years and 14 days in the Air Force, but I still bleed Orange!

Hopefully I can convince the Sunday School class at our get together Saturday night to chip in so we can see it.

I feel TN will win, but there will be the traditional let down after the big win in conjunction with looking ahead to Fl, also Phil. will put the second team in earlier for more practice time.

West_TN_Volfan, I think you hit the nail on the head. Tennessee will win the game, but it won't be a run-way. 30-17 sounds about right to me, and I fully expect Air Force to take an early lead. Always gotta be careful for those post big win hangovers.

Tn. doesn't run up the score so I'll say that Tn. will win by 21. The spread is 20 and with Fulmer finally subbing in players I think that the 2nd and 3rd string will play a lot.

Vols win 48-24. Lot of points by the Falcons but they almost all come late in the game against our 3rd string, after the game is well in hand.

I read today that one of Cutcliffe's goal this year is to score 30 offensive points in each game.

Well, the line is 20 points and alot of of us are picking the Vols to beat the spread. I think the only question today is if we play down to the level of competition or if we stay in high gear the whole game.

I'd like nothing more than to score 50+ points and to have the TN defense keep the Falcons out of the endzone.

I’m sticking with my earlier prediction. We’ll not be trying to run up the score when our 2nd and 3rd string guys put some points on the board late. AF has never had the greatest defense. Even if Cal was having a bad day, they were better than AF will be. UT will rush for 300+ yards today. AF will be held under 220 total yards. Foster, after seeing some of the mistakes he made last week, will have some huge runs! He’s got Hardesty at his heels; expect a big day from Arian! Umm,.. say 170 yards.
