And with the 30th pick of the 2009 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans draft Kenny Britt, WR, Rutgers.

Another suprise first round pick by the Titans, depsite losing Albert Haynesworth, we did not go with a D linemen in the first round, but a lanky reciever, with suprisingly quick feet and out cuts/who can play in the slot or on the outside.

Coming out of college as a junior, having finished as the Big Easts leading reciever and caught 87 balls for over 1,300 yards. Despite being seen as a lanky guy with not so much upper body strength, Britt managed an impressive 27 reps on the bench press at the combine and did the 40 in 4.56, which for a guy at 6"3 is good.

I like this pick...I am the first to say that first round recievers don't normally live up to the caliber of what they are supposed to but this guy looks like an excellent addition to the team.

Yeah i think britt was a really good pick for the titans. he is a great route runner and can seperate from defenders better than any reciever we had last year. I think cook, the TE from south carolina we traded down for in the 3rd, will be a huge offensive weapon also.
