Lendale White's weight down 20 lbs

Steve Watterson, the titans assistant strength coach, reported that lendale white showed up for the offseason program around 20 pounds lighter than last year and so far has kept his promise to reach his full potential. This is great news. With white's contract running out he has all the motivation he needs to really make a mark this year. I cant wait to see some old school usc lendale runs this year.

That is great news, although I don't want him to get too small...I like him to pound the ball on the goal line as well as just make tackling him miserable and tiring for the opponents. Although with less weight to carry around I imagine his speed will increase and perhaps will make him even harder to take down so...but good for him nice to see some dedication out of players on the off season

Yeah for sure, he had shifty feet at usc and i see no reason why he cant be a little lighter and quicker while still being very effective.

I think that's fine. However, I would wan't him to stop there if I was a Titans fan.
