| Colts Titans Game
It was a great day for football in Nashville. Crisp, not chilling and mostly sunny. December doesn't get too much better.
1st quarter was on track. The Titans hed an early lead and the Colts seemed to settle for field goals all the time.
And then the fumbles came.
Four fumbles.
Up until that last one, somehow, we managed to stay in the game. Just enough defense when we had to have it. Just enough offense. Just enough coaching to make sure we gave ourselves one last chance. Up until 50 seconds to go. We had the makings of a great ending.
50 seconds left, a nice punt, a nice catch. But Justin McCareins followed the lead of Eddie Berlin, coughing up the ball on the return. And that was that.
So what's next for the Titans? Widcard? Was this the loss that motivates us into the playoffs? What happens when we see the Colts the 3rd time? |
