Titans Coach Jeff Fisher hasn't talked to Albert Haynesworth lately, so he has to take the veteran defensive tackle at his word. Appearing at a charity event Tuesday, Haynesworth said he's in great shape and will be ready for training camp whether he arrives with a one-year tender or a long-term contract. "That's great. I hope that is the case,'' Fisher said Wednesday. "I've been saying all along I hope that he is working hard and trust that at this point in his career he needs to do that.'' Haynesworth, who hasn't worked with the team so far this offseason, also claimed to be developing a six-pack abdomen thanks to a strenuous workout program. Asked about the six-pack, Fisher smiled and said: "It's in a cooler in the back of his car."
