Though they've only worked together a short time, both Vince Young and Alge Crumpler feel they are developing some chemistry on the field. "Crump is a big target, he is smart. At the line of scrimmage we kind of give each other the eye before we snap the ball because he is seeing what I am seeing," Young said. "I really feel like he is going to help me out a whole lot because he is a vet and he knows what to do out there. He is going to be a good guy for me." The Titans signed Crumpler in March after four Pro Bowl seasons in Atlanta. "It has been a match made in heaven this early in the offseason," Crumpler said. A tight end is always a great safety option for a young QB in terms of a a target. Good signing by the Titans. Jeff Fisher strikes me as someone who really knows what he's doing. How long has he been the Titans coach? The Titans are a team on the rise.

coach fisher has been with the titans for 14 years this year and you're right he is one of those coaches that may do some things that make us go...WHAT! but he knows what he is doing...i mean a simple example is getting rid of our first 1,000+ yard rusher, Travis Henry, everyone was so annoyed and confused..but look what has happened to Henry since he left us....
