Titans kicker Rob Bironas has signed a one-year deal with the team worth $1.47 million.
The Titans made Bironas a one-year tender offer in February, but the team remains interested in signing him to a long-term contract.
Bironas was named to the Pro Bowl last season after making 35 of 39 field goals.
Tackle David Stewart is the team's only unsigned restricted free agent.

Thank God is all i can say, i mean the question wasn't whether we should sign him...it was why wouldn't we sign him?? im glad to have him back on the roster...now we just have to sign Stewart and we should be set for the Super Bowl

I am absolutely stunned that a kicker of his caliber couldn't land a long term deal somewhere.

im sure he couldve and even prob had several offers maybe but the titans have told him they want to sign him to a long term contract and the 1yr contract is just temporary to give them time, so hes being loyal to titans, why? cause we took a chance on him when no one would..

couldn't have said it better myself...and he isn't one of those players that pays for the money, he does it for the game...for those of you who don't know the story...in Bironas's first season with us, he spent the entire year in a hotel because he didn't want to get to comfortable in Tennessee believing he was guaranteed a roster spot...what a guy
