Albert Haynesworth is said to miss the start of Titans mini camp that begins on Friday due to the fact a decision has not been made on his long term future with the franchise.

Haynesworth, who had a career season in '07 that saw him to go the Pro Bowl, has been designated the teams franchise player but both sides are finding it difficult to come to a deal that will see Big Al stay with the Titans, however he has stated that he does want to stay with the team if a deal can be reached before July 17th.

Its a tad worrisome, but the team realizes what he means to them. They will get it done. Minicamp isnt such a big deal.

If he ends up missing all the minicamps maybe when the contract gets done he will come into training camp in great shape. He claims the new training he has been doing on his own has allowed him to shed some unwanted pounds without losing any stength. That would be great for a guy that suffers from big man injuries a lot.

Im not worried....yet, but lemme say this, if they dont dont pay the man and get him tagged to a contract, so help me, im gonna persoanlly give mr. reinfeldt a visit..I will say as crazy as some of the past moves have been, they have actually worked out, espesially not signing travis henry..
