I couldn't agree more. Talent's no good if you can't count on it to be there for the big game, and Pacman has proven unreliable. He established long ago that hitting the town and the strip clubs was more important to him than his football career; why should that change just because he's a Dallas Cowboy?

If he brings that much to the table and stays out of trouble, then I'm sure the Titans would keep him. However, if he brings it to the table but gets into more trouble, then his trade value will fall even more.

Because instead of the clubs he can just watch the Cowboy cheerleader practice and not get in trouble...

Good point! But there are no poles on the practice field.

Didn't you folks see the interview where he said he had a stripper pole in his living room!

I did kind of laugh at that, but even if not true, it shows he doesn't have a whole lot of regrets about what he's done.

And to be honest, I don't have an issue with him just being at the clubs. Hell, those mid 90's Flyers teams here in Philly were well known to frequent the clubs. And Pat Burrell and Alan Iverson weren't shy about hitting the town at night either.

I only have an issue with the arrests. He can do whatever he wants, as long as it doesn't break any laws.

I have no interest in being a party pooper, I just want my players to be there on game day!

if we can only get a 5th round pick for him than who cares if his trade value drops it was never really good offer to begin with.

for those who dont know this but pacman has a kid now he has showed in some ways he's changed he has stayed out of trouble and and has bean doing his part for the comunity for both tennessee and dallas.and why not keep him id rather keep him and have him turn out to be a good player than get rid of one and if he gets in trouble again than i dont care just release him.

Re: Cowboys Up The Ante For Pacman

at the end of the day unlike someone like Chris Henry who is a PROVEN criminal...Pacman is yet to get charged with any criminal act...yes he has been INVOLVED with the police but he is yet to be convicted of any criminal act so therefore he isn't a lose cannon or a thug or whatever people want to define him as...and i agree with titans#1, i would much rather keep him on the team for the player that he is, than get rid of him for the 'criminal' people make him out to be, because at the end of the day this is all about football and he is a very good, young football player

Re: Cowboys Up The Ante For Pacman

Yeah I say hold on to him too but the Titan brass is trying to move him like he's got the Black Plaque. When he's officially reinstated his trade value will go up I think. I'm afraid no matter how much sense it makes to keep him he wont be a Titan next year.
