The agent for cornerback Chris Carr said he expects his client will become a Titan by the end of the week. Carr, a restricted free agent, signed an offer sheet from the Titans last week and the Raiders have until Friday to match the one-year deal. Is there a possibility that pac and carr could share returns? The Titans would be an elite special teams unit if we had both, i seriously doubt it though
