The Titans have made another move in free agency, picking up former Bills linebacker Josh Stamer.

Stamer was used primarily as a special teams player, picking up 90 tackles over 5 seasons in Buffalo, but the coaches like his competitiveness and productivity.

so good pick up or not? i don't like the idea he is a special teamer though, although he could be a sleeper who just hasn't been used to his full potential

I have really never heard of the guy but it seems like he is a great open field tackler on special teams. Maybe he will add even more intensity to an already fierce unit.

i didn't realize it today but one of the biggest issues i found with us last season was that our return coverage was POOR... so Stamer should be a good addition to the special teams coverage unit alongside Nickey
