Titans Pick Up Dwayne Blakley

The Titans have, unusually, picked up Alge Crumplers former back-up tight end from the Falcons Dwayne Blakley

Blakely was on the Titans practice squad for 2 seasons between 2003 and 2004 before being released, but is now back with the team, this means that the Titans now have 4 very capable Tight Ends on their roster.

Whilst in Atlanta Blakely caught a total of 21 balls for an ENORMOUS 189 yards

so what does everyone think of this, questionable, roster mood?

Re: Titans Pick Up Dwayne Blakley

Blakley is a better backup than troupe would have been. It seems the coaches liked his work ethic a lot better than troupe's the year the titans drafted him but because of troupe's contract and his upside at the time, they went with their draft pick over the guy that was showing him up day after day in practice. Blakley is also a pretty decent special teams player.
