| Tennessee Titans Tell Pacman Jones He Can Seek a Trade, but Is Anyone Interested? Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam Pacman Jones is still suspended by the NFL, and all indications are that Commissioner Roger Goodell is in no hurry to reinstate him. But that doesn't mean he's not making news, even when he isn't visiting strip clubs. The Nashville City Paper reports that the Tennessee Titans have told Jones that he has permission to seek a trade. Jones' agent reportedly approached at least one team at the Indianapolis Scouting Combine to see if the team would be interested in acquiring Jones (and yes, suspended players can be traded), but that team said no. What is most likely happening right now is that Jones' agents are approaching NFL teams and saying, "If you'll trade for Adam, he promises to be on his best behavior once the NFL reinstates him." And teams are most likely saying they don't believe Jones will really be on his best behavior. | Re: Tennessee Titans Tell Pacman Jones He Can Seek a Trade, but Is Anyone Interested? i think someone will be desperate enough to pick him up because he is a great returner and a pretty decent DB...and worst comes to worst we can keep him, ive never had a problem with the kind of player he is on the field, i just have an issue with the off the field problems he has be 'involved in'

| Re: Tennessee Titans Tell Pacman Jones He Can Seek a Trade, but Is Anyone Interested? i keep thinking that but at the same time i think...if the team wanted to get rid of him, why haven't they done it yet? it could be because they are trying to get something for him but at the same time it could be a case of "well lets try and trade him and get something for him, but if we cant we'll keep him around until his contract runs out...or he gets shot in a drive by...which ever comes first" |

| Re: Tennessee Titans Tell Pacman Jones He Can Seek a Trade, but Is Anyone Interested? yeah ive been thinking the same thing in terms of his on the field performances, he is a very good returner, which is what we need...and he is a decent corner back so he could be second string i suppose |

| Re: Tennessee Titans Tell Pacman Jones He Can Seek a Trade, but Is Anyone Interested? Yeah i doubt any front office in the nfl would believe anything pac tells them or promises them about his behavior. His record speaks for itself. Fisher gave him so many chances to get his **** together, and if a player friendly coach like fish cant make pac understand what he needs to do and not do in order to be in the nfl, i doubt anyone else can. But theres always the raiders |
