reports have said that the Titans have met with, now free agent, Tight End Alge Crumpler...there are no further reports to say anything else has progressed from this but how good, or bad, would Crumpler be for the titans organization?

personally...i'm not that bothered whether we have him or not,
do i think we need another TE? yeah i guess so, someone needs to back up Scaife and Hartsock can only do that as a blocking TE
do we need someone who can catch? of course
do we need an aging tight end who wants a big contract? nope...so we should only sign him for something small

Crump would be a great addition to the titans because first off, he can lay down some killa blocks and he is a hard matchup for anyone trying to cover him, and secondly, he has some great hands and would be a great safety valve for vince to hit in a pinch. I think Crump would thrive in a new environment because playing for Atlanta the past couple of years would give anyone a bad attitude.
