It seems so long ago now, but was he just suspended for the season or does he need permission from the commissioner to play next season? I remember him saying he was sorry and would take care not to get into trouble anymore after not getting reinstated for going to another strip club. He doesn't seem very intelligent to me. Why go back and risk his career, or does he think TNA is going to come calling again.

the terms of his suspension were that he would be suspended from the 2007 season. he would be allowed to appeal in week 7 to come back on to the team. but there were no terms saying he had to ask the commissioner for permission to get back on the team...
