What do the 3 stars in the Titans logo represent?

I believe the three stars represent the Tennessee state flag.

yeah thats correct, when the titans organisation moved from Houston to Tennessee and became the Tennessee Oliers they tried to incoperate both the Oilers symbol (that oil tower thing) and the three stars of the tennessee state flag


however when the franchise opted to change the teams name completely they also wanted to make it more 'tennessee friendly' and thus changed the symbol of the team and incoperating the tennessee state flag into the logo to become the logo we have today

The three stars of both the TN flag and the Titans logo represent
the "Three Parts" of Tennessee. West, Central, and East. Much
like Kentucky, these states are quite different travelling across
the state, both in landscape and culture. Thus, the three stars
are a li'l tip o' the hat to each area of Tennessee! : )
