Titans vs Texans

the titans will be looking to get back to winning ways when they take on the Texans at LP Field this sunday.

the titans will be hoping to have defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth back in the rotation after being away for 3 games, coincidently the same 3 games the titans have lost in a row this season. Vince Young and the offense has come on leaps and bounds in his absense and hopefully with Big Al back in the team everyone will be playing to the best of their ability and will hopefully take the win. a loss on sunday however could effectively count the titans out of the wild card place this year but a win would definatly put pressure on the Browns and the Chargers (who the titans still have to play)

my guess, after a slow start, the titans take the game by 10 points

i sure hope your right we need a win and if we get one by 10 that would be a great improvementfrom last week after losing by 29 points.

hey what is your problem i can understand you have your opinion but this is the titans forum and this is where the titans fans go to talk about the titans it's not for people who know nothing about football like you to come on here and critisize the titans and say we suck.

Re: Titans vs Texans

well i agree with titans#1, its one thing to have an opinion but we would appreciate it if you wouldnt try and throw petrol into a fire by saying that the titans suck when in all actuality, we dont. and to answer your question, yes we are part of the team, in my opinion every football fan should feel he is part of the team and when their team wins they win with them, when they lose they lose with them, so when you insult them you insult us to

Re: Titans vs Texans

tell him alex! I think the titans will win a close one and vince will have right around 200 passing yards with a td and prob another 50 on the ground with a rushing td

yeah sounds about right, vince has had a few ups and downs the last few weeks but providing his recievers can do that thing that most NFL recievers do, you know catching balls thrown to them, i think it will help to making him a better passer becuase i think he could have had atleast a 100 more yards in the air the last few weeks if it wasnt for those ridiculous dropped balls

Re: Titans vs Texans

at half time its 10-7, Texans, a pretty even game, neither team dominated, liked what i saw of the titans as we were getting into a nice flow here and there and i dont think i can fault anyone to much...if we come away with a win it will be good, if we lose it will be dissapointing becuase we have played some good football

Re: Titans vs Texans

end of the 3rd and the titans are starting to play like the kind of team we all know they can play like and lead 21-10 after some excellent plays from Mr Vincent Young and Justin Gage

Re: Titans vs Texans

the titans take the game 28-20.

all in all a very good performance by the titans, i think just the presense of Albert Haynesworth on the field made a big difference and that showed in the defense really stepping up. not to take anything away from the texans who really made us earn that victory.

either way we move to 7-5, the jags drop to 8-4 which is good and providing the Browns lose (which i hope they do) we could be back in the wild card hunt once again, so a good day for titans fans

I told ya they would win alex, I guaranteed it..

Albert did make a difference but also vince played much better throwing for 248 and 2 tds.
